Description

The Filly Women's Classic Boot - a sleek update to our famous Kununurra boot - is based on a traditional Chelsea boot with an added Cuban heel. It is this added feature that gives them a feminine profile for a great year-round style.

Constructed with a Goodyear welt for durability, the Filly's rubber sole provides an extremely comfortable footprint thanks to an inner cork filling that adapts to each foot. The full glove leather lining allows your feet to breathe and absorb moisture, providing all-day comfort. The boot opening is slightly above ankle height with elasticated side panels making for an easy slip-on fit.

Your boots are a product we stand behind - thoughtfully designed in Australia to cover all the conditions of our beautiful Country. They have been carefully handcrafted by the hands of over 100 highly skilled traditional artisans in Leon, Mexico.

Fitting Note: We recommend ordering half a size smaller than your usual boot size for best fit. 

Shipping
Orders are shipped on business days (excluding public holidays). Once shipped, you can track your order using the provided tracking number via Australia Post. During sales, please allow an extra 10 business days for dispatch. While we take care with packaging, if a domestic courier confirms your parcel is lost or damaged, we’ll assist where possible. However, without Express Shipping with Insurance, we cannot replace or refund the order —contact the courier directly for compensation in most cases.

Returns
Full-priced items can be returned within 20 days for a refund, exchange, or gift card if unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and purchased from our website or Helensvale store. Sale items (30% off or less) are eligible for exchange or gift card only, while clearance (40%+ off) is final sale. Exclusions apply (e.g., underwear, swimwear without hygiene tags, gift cards). Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless faulty. Second returns require customer-paid shipping. Sale/promotional exchanges incur a $10 return fee. Pre-paid post bags are not accepted, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Outside the 20-day window, returns are only accepted for faulty items under ACCC guidelines.
